How can I ensure my diamond's value is genuine?
If a diamond is forever - shouldn't it be worthy of your commitment? The majority of our diamonds are laboratory graded GIA certified, and come with a laser inscription code, so you can be assured you're wearing something of genuine value. The Gemmological Institute of America has been the international authority on diamonds since 1931 and exists to protect purchasers who are looking for accurate and scientific measures of a diamond's quality. Can I organise a valuation and Insurance?
We can value your rings and jewellery, to help you with your insurance. All Diamonds International items also come with a guarantee. (This is not an insurance cover, and does not provide a guarantee against normal wear and tear, accidental damage or loss. As with all valuables, we recommend you insure your Diamonds International jewellery with your own insurer, or we can arrange comprehensive, world wide insurance on most items. We also recommend updating the insurance valuation of your jewellery every few years, and are happy to arrange this for a nominal fee.)
Can I get my Diamonds International rings cleaned for FREE?
We would love to inspect and clean your Diamonds International ring, because we want it to sparkle as brightly as it did the day you first put it on your finger. In fact we are happy to add 'sparkle' to any Diamonds International piece of jewellery at no charge, and for a lifetime of cleaning and inspection, whether for the neck, the wrist or the ear lobes! Come into any of our convenient locations in Brisbane and we will be happy to assist.
Can I buy GST Free?
The Tourist Refund Scheme allows residents of Australia purchase up to $900 worth of jewellery per person GST free, if travelling within 30 days. Please refer to the TRS website for full terms and conditions.
